Fast service. Our daughter spilled one of the burgers on the floor, an employee working immediately noticed and replaced the burger at no charge. It was very appreciated. Also, the bacon Dijon burger was very good.
Honestly this place don't even deserve a star. The lobby was dirty! When I got my food the cheese was re-warmed. Crusted around the edges. The bun was stiff. The area that had Lids and straws was totally empty and we heard a few people ahead of us, asking for that place to be refilled. There was old mop water sitting in the mop bucket sitting by the tables. The manager looked lost. The workers looked lost. As I wanted to get out of there quickly I went to the restroom and that was 10x worse. There was lines of toilet paper sitting in the stalls which looked like they had been used! The toilets were either not flushed or not working. I feel like I need to shower in antibacterial. I wish there was pictures that I could post but this place needs serious help our too be closed. Normally I do not do these surveys but people need to know. Management above the store manager needs to know.
Flys everywhere. All over the food and registers. No attempt to remove them. Yuk!
Power blink and no one can function. Could not figure change for $22.84 when given $23.00 so we told them to keep the change. We checked the order before leaving the window. Missing a small fry, hamburger, and one drink. Should have opened the 6 piece nugget box and asked for the 2 missing nuggets. Minimum wage way be too much.
A decent McDonald's that I just drove through. Quick staff.
