We chose this RV park because of the reviews. I was a bit startled when I called for reservations and was requested to call back twice. But, persevere! They are busy but are very personable when you finally meet them. I would rather have a human being explain he is busy than leave a message in the black void of voicemail. We had a 32 foot towing a Jeep and had no problems pulling in, although the downhill grade into the campsites was also surprising but no problems at all.
My Home away from Home. Very Clean. Customer Service was the Best. Chris is Straight Up,no nonsense Man,with a great attitude. Runs a tight Ship. I felt completely safe. And His Crew were very professional and Respectful. Thank You Chris. It was a pleasure staying at Your RV Part. I will be Back.
After going to the state park to try and find a spot and finding they were all reserved, we were fortunate to get a spot here at the Santa Rosa Campground. Chris, the manager has a funny sense of humor. He teased me about double charging because of the balloon festival but he gave us the regular rate. On-site barbecue place had ribs and brisket and homemade peach cobbler! Flat site and tree for shade. We thought we would hear the highway and the trains but no problem for us. We actually had a really great night sleep. The showers are hot and restrooms are clean. The laundry was great. We decided to stay an extra night!
This is one of the friendliest KOA's we have enjoyed. Very clean, great food, perfect location for our Turquoise trail end. VERY helpful tourism info.
They saved us from road construction and wind. Easy pull-thru and hookups. Being tired & hungry, sure was a treat to have a BBQ dinner delivered. And it was good! Also enjoyed their sense of humor. Made my day, thanks :-)
