My mother and I broke down with a broken serpentine belt on I40 just west of Santa Rosa, NM on a Friday afternoon on Labor Day weekend. We had AAA insurance. I called Bozo's since they were with AAA and they dispatched a roll back to pick us up. We were dropped off at a motel as they would not be able to fix it until the next morning. By 10:00 we were back on the road. All that was wrong was the belt and nothing else. They could have told us something else caused the belt to break. The charge was more than reasonable. They were not only fair but honest, too. The truck was packed full and nothing was missing.

Nothing like being stranded with a flat tire on the side of I-40, right? Oh, it was in the rain and I was on my motorcycle. I made the call and Tim was there within 20 minutes. Picked me and the bike up, took me back to town, and the back to Albuquerque the next morning for a new tire. SOLID SERVICE all the way around.
