Absolutely filthy. Go across the street if you need to use the restroom. Not only were the toilets covered in diarrhea, the walls and floors were as well. There were no trash cans in the stalls, so diapers, tampons and pads were all over the floors. There was no soap and the paper towel rolls were just on the sinks soaking wet. I felt like I needed to shower after just walking in.
We stopped for gas. Nothing really stood out as amazing. Which is a good thing. We got what we needed without the fluff
