We enjoyed the stay at BW Santa Rosa, New Mexico.
This motel was obviously older in structure but has been renovated nicely. I love these types of older designs where you can pull right up to the room your assigned, instead of dragging all your bags into a lobby and up an elevator. The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and another great feature was a sink and large vanity both inside the toilet/shower area, as well as, outside the bathroom. Loved that! Every staff member we came in contact with went out of their way to be courteous & helpful...such a pleasure. We will definitely be staying here the next time we stop in Santa Rosa!
This is a hotel that I stop at every trip I make on the way to my back to Kansas. It's my halfway point and by the time I get here I really need a good nights sleep. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always clean and the bed is always just right. This hotel is one that has consistency hence it is always my stopping point. Nice little place to stay.
This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. The employees are always very pleasant and helpful. The room are very clean and a great size. All of room are on the ground floor so you can pull right up to you door. A great option when you have been driving all day and want to get to your room with out a bunch of hassle. Will stay next time we are in the area.

A simple motel, not hotel. Plenty of parking, wonderful staff who were friendly - older motel but clean and well maintained. We brought our black lab with us - the pet friendly room had a tile floor so we knew we weren't walking on dirty carpet. We'd stay there again.
This BW is clean and quiet, parking is well organized and the on-site hot breakfast is worth honorable mention. They actually make good coffee!!!
Brittany on the check-in desk is a real ambassador for the traveler. Helpful, knowledgeable and engaged, she made the stay so much more interesting.
