Very nice facility. Clean room with a friendly staff. Easy access from I-40.
Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The guest services were top notch, our room was clean and comfy and they had all of the amenities we needed. Santa Rosa remind us of Radiator Springs from Cars...the town that time forgot. However, the town really does a great job if creating an atmosphere that is truly fun. The Wibit, the Blue Hole and the Fourth of July Fireworks we're simply amazing! We had a wonderful time.
The holiday inn express across the street thankful had availability (and for less than I was originally quoted by Hampton) and was the same price as when I called, and when I walked in the door.
Contacted Hilton directly to resolve this issue.
Upon arrival I found that one of the two side by side rooms, which were previously confirmed, had been erroneously switched by another front desk staff member. Although the current staff member apologized for the error and offered a 10% discount it didn't change the fact that our two rooms were separated by an entire floor. That aside, the rooms were clean and fully stocked; however, the bathroom door did not lock. The food was well cooked and the kitchen staff were very accommodating, friendly and very positive striking a conversation whenever appropriately able. Overall I would stay here again.
2 hours after leaving the property my credit card was charged $200 for a pet deposit...... Really......
Was questioned by the front desk twice about the dog but was not challenged.
STUPED PEOPLE at this hotel... Do Not Stay Here
Highly irritated. Called to book a room and was given a rate of $114 a night plus taxes. I told them I would see them in 2 hours as I was currently heading in their direction. Upon arrival, they tell me $155 is their nightly rate. I explain that I had talked with someone two hours before and they quoted $114. The desk guy gets very rude and says he'll do it for $125 cash. I asked to speak with a manager and he says the manager is never available nor picks up the phone. Seriously? What kind of place has this become? Horrible service. I stop here twice a year as a midway point for our ski trip, and just happen to be passing through on business this time. Not staying here again.
