NO ice anywhere in sight. It sticks. If I. can find someone I will be asking for a refund. This is actually ridiculous that you can't reach by phone which by the there is not even a phone in the room to call the f******front desk.
So far horrible. Currently at the Route 66 Inn, I can't even give them1/4 of a star but it won't let me post if I don't give it at least one.
DON'T STAY HERE RUN!!!! Me and my boyfriend got a room at 8pm, it was disgusting it was so hot , the bed had nasty sticky stuff on it and hair and pubic hair all over it and on the pillows, the floor was disgusting and dead bugs on bed. Trash under the bed. The shower was so disgusting I don't even know how to describe it! I asked the guy at front desk for a refund and he said only can get me another room so I said ok cause I was tired from driving, also the ppl at the front are super rude!! We got the key to second room it didn't work so my bf went to the front to go get a working one and he saw a huge RAT run across the counter where they serve breakfast by the cereal!! Got into the 2nd room and it had white stains all over couch, floors were nasty and stained, dog poop under the bed, hair allover bed and pillows, used nasty towels all brown , and the tub was nasty and clogged when I showered it filled up all the way and didn't go down. Please don't stay here.!!
The place had really dirty carpets. The bedspread was stained. The furniture all broken an missing the hot water knob.
AWFUL DONT STAY HERE.. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading. The room has blood stains on the carpet, paint chipping off the walls, bugs crawling from everywhere. My first 10 mins in this room I saw a roach on the bed. I cant sleep without thinking there's bugs all over me. Gonna be up all night! I have already killed 3 bugs in my 30 mins being here. We don't even have a key to get in since our key didn't work, twice in a row. A man had to come down and open our door for us. Which while doing so he didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. But the worst thing is the bugs infesting my room. Everywhere I look I feel like I see one. We have laid down our beach towels and blankets on the bed since the sheets and cover look very dirty and bug infested. In conclusion don't stay here, I wish I didn't have to but it's too late to keep driving.
It's a bed, shower, and free breakfast. Decent for a single guy traveling, but your wife will likely rather stay at more modern hotel. It's really showing it's age, but if all you need is some sleep and a shower, this is about the cheapest stay in Santa Rosa (as long as you can get past the run-in look). I'm not picky, so I'd probably stay again if traveling alone, but if with family or a guest I'd probably pass.
