The food is great, but you need more overnight staff. The wait is ridiculous.
Extremely rude manager, I have a coupon card I bought in Albuquerque, and manager said they won't accept the coupon because it is a franchise here, (no where on the coupon does it say participating stores only) also there are ways to speak to people and this manager was extremely rude as he was walking out yelling at me! This is the last visit I'll make to Carl's Jr
Usually don't stop at carles Jr, but like to stop at loves when traveling. Decided to give the Carls jr at the loves in santa rosa a try... worst experience ever. Was going to order breakfast but didn't realize that breakfast was over at 10:45, until the cashier informed us at the time of placing our order. I didn't see anywhere on the menu that breakfast ended at any certain time. This would have been a perfect opportunity for the cashier to suggest the all day breakfast burger, but suggested nothing, just a blank stare. Cashier very unfriendly. My husband suggested that they should get with the program everyone else servers breakfast all day, the cashier suggested that only McDonalds does so off to Mc Donald's we go.. thanks Carls jr for that suggestion. Won't stop at another Carl's jr.
I'm reading all these bad reviews, but my experience was great! Fresh food, friendly service, clean place. I was thankful I choose to eat here.
