Good place to eat after a long day of scuba diving. They have a good menu selection. They have plenty of room to accommodate large groups. I've had many of the items on the menu and all have been good. The price is very reasonable. The next scuba class I take to Santa Rosa will all be going to Joseph's.
Well I've been here a few times and it's ok. Anyways brought a friend here for her first time. She kept hearing how good it was. Walking in the door and being greeted by the "Please wait to be seated" sign and no-one to seat you sucks. We stood there and waited for awhile only to find the hostess hiding out of sight playing on her phone and doing nothing except sitting at a table drinking a coke. Seriously unprofessional and sorta hillbilly. After that finally got seated then waited more for a waitress. Then finally got drinks and ordered. My friend wanted enchiladas but the sauce had gluten in it and she can't eat gluten do to allergies. So she ended up getting
Blue hole margarita wa awesome. We were here a year ago and it was good. Tonight, beans were refried several times. Fajita meat and beans were very very dry. Mentioned that it was much better last year and all I got was "oh,no." They asked if we wanted more beans; should have done it without being asked. Won't be back. Maybe for Margarita and chips.
Simple fare in a small town. Went here for a company lunch. I had the Taco Salad, it was ok. There is memorabilia sold in the store for anyone wanting something to remember Santa Rosa.
Service was very good and the coke was cold but so was the food. I stayed across the street last October and got order to go. As I remember food was good. This trip I ordered the number 2 dinner combo. Not only was it Luke warm all the beef was very under seasoned hamburger. Taco bell has better beef. I am a white gringo and don't like very spicy food but this was ridicules. Prices were very high for taco bell grade food.
Below mediocre fajitas and I ended up getting below mediocre carne asada. Joseph's really went down hill. Will not be back and will not refer anyone else. I also posted a picture of the hostess sitting out in the dining area playing on her phone.
